1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Archov Technologies Limited ("Archov") governing your access to and use of the zalbie academic intelligence platform.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

2. Description of Service

The zalbie platform is an academic intelligence and reporting software designed for educational institutions in Ghana. Features include student management, grade entry, SBA calculations, attendance tracking, predictive analytics, and automated reporting.

3. Data Protection & Integrity

zalbie is built with "Integrity-by-Design" principles. We implement high-standard data protection measures, including:

Cryptographic Verification: Every academic report carries a SHA-256 fingerprint to ensure its integrity.
Database Governance: Our database rights are managed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).
Content Licensing: Our report formats and templates are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA).

4. Compliance with Ghana Law

We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. While our official DPC registration is in progress, we adhere to the strict principles of the NIST Privacy Framework.

5. User Conduct

Users must use the service for legitimate educational purposes only. Unauthorized access, tampering with data integrity, or sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
